Description
A Presentation on any latest technical topic related to their engineering field is to be prepared taking  the theme of the event into consideration. The participants are supposed to submit their abstract as specified below, on the basis of which participants will be short-listed for the presentation.The participants will be further divided into 3 groups according to there topic..
groups--

1.C.E / I.T.
2. E.C. / I.C. /ELEC.
3.MECH. / Power Electronics / Civil

Specifications:
1.  Maximum number of Participants allowed in a team is TWO (2). You can also participate individually.
2.  The presentation time is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes (8+2+5). There will be a bell at the end of 8 minutes, indicating the remainder of 2 minutes to conclude your presentation. The next 5 minutes are reserved for questions from the judges or the audience.
3.  No extra time after 10 minutes will be encouraged to any of the teams and he/she is expected to stop.
note:-(negative marking will be done if the ppt will exceed the time limit.)
4.  Participants are free to bring their own Laser Pointers or Hand Pointers as none will be provided by the organizing team.
5.  The presentation will have to be made in Microsoft PowerPoint only.
6.  All the Participants are required to bring 2 hard copies of a report containing all the descriptive details of the topic of the presentation. The text should not exceed 15 pages of A4 sheets.
Mandatory format
                Font Type: Times New Roman
                Font Size: 12
                Spacing: 1.5 lines
1.  One copy is to be handed over to the coordinator present on the day of the event.
2.  A notification will be sent via mail to the participants short-listed for the next round based on their abstracts.
3.  Participants are requested to bring the files on Pen Drives or a Cd's only.The presentation soft copy and the text papers should under no circumstances bear the name of the participants or the college; any case of this rule being violated will lead to disqualification.
4.  Last date of abstract submission is March,12 till 24:00 Hrs on
Details Regarding the Abstract
1.  The abstracts will be selected on the basis of their content and originality. The abstract should not exceed 500 words. 
2.  The abstract should not contain more than 3 pictures/images.
Topic selection criteria-->

  • Latest technologies in your field of interest will be accepted.
  • Theme should be taken into consideration.

Judging Criteria
1. Innovative ideas and futuristic vision of the concept he/she will present.
2.Communicational skills.
Judges decision is final and participants will have to abide by there decision.

Selected students have to get themselves registered on the day of the event.
