3. You are supposed to make a Blog on blogger.com.

4. You will not be permitted to use any of the data from your pen drive or any other Devices.

5. You can use an internet for any data related to your Blog’s Subject. You will also be permitted to use images, videos or script from the internet.

6. The event has only One Round and the winner will be decided on the basis of how he/she can use different techniques, designing, scripts from the internet to fill his/her Blog.
